After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: endoscopy , nerve injury, pain , stomach discomfort, surgery . Daypro dosage: 1600 MG (1 IN 1 D) ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with BEXTRA, METHADONE, ELAVIL, DESIPRAMIDE, DEPAKOTE, TEGRETOL, LAMICTAL, OXYCONTIN. Patient recovered.
