Decortin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Oct 21, 2004. Male patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with immunosuppression, rheumatoid arthritis
and was treated with Decortin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, cachexia, dehydration, depressed level of consciousness, encephalitis
, encephalopathy, herpes zoster, lymphopenia. Decortin dosage: 7.5 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DURAGESIC, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, PANTOZOL, IMMUNOSPORIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/17/2004.
