Defibrotide Side Effects Report #5176702-9
Defibrotide side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 13, 2006. Male patient, weighting 220.5 lb, was diagnosed with venoocclusive disease and was treated with Defibrotide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, blood bilirubin increased, blood pressure decreased, cardiac enzymes increased, cardio-respiratory arrest, dilatation ventricular, haemoglobin decreased, haemothorax. Defibrotide dosage: 1000MG Q6HRS IV. During the same period patient was treated with ACETYLCYSTEINE, ACYCLOVIR, CASPOFUNGIN, FILGRASTIM, LEVOFLOXACIN, MEROPEREM, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, TACROLIMUS. Patient recovered.
