Defibrotide Side Effects Report #4811217-6
Defibrotide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 26, 2005. Male patient, weighting 142.6 lb, was diagnosed with venoocclusive liver disease and was treated with Defibrotide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, gallbladder disorder, hepatic cyst, hepatic mass, hepatomegaly, ultrasound liver abnormal. Defibrotide dosage: 20 - 30 MG/KG/DAY. Patient died on 10/09/2005.
