Demerol side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 20, 2008. Female patient, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with toothache and was treated with Demerol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disorientation, feeling jittery, hypoaesthesia, paraesthesia. Demerol dosage: 150 MG. Q4H PO. Patient recovered.

Demerol side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 16, 2006. Male patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with pain , convulsion, depression  and was treated with Demerol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , convulsion, disorientation, dizziness , toxicologic test abnormal. Demerol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PHENYTOIN, WELLBUTRIN. Patient died on 08/02/2005.
