Female patient, 39 years of age, weighting 117.0 lb, was diagnosed with contraception and was treated with Depo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amenorrhoea, asthenia, balance disorder, gait disturbance, hip fracture, joint range of motion decreased, lower limb deformity, mobility decreased, osteopenia. Depo dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
