Depocyt side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 17, 2007. Male patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with metastases to meninges and was treated with Depocyt. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bedridden, cns ventriculitis, depressed level of consciousness, disorientation, ependymitis, mental impairment, post procedural haemorrhage. Depocyt dosage: 50 MG; X1; INTH. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, METHOTREXATE, VINCRISTINE, RITUXAN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: demyelination, dysarthria, fall , foot fracture, gait disturbance, mental impairment, neurotoxicity, premature ageing. Depocyt dosage: 50 MG;QW;INTH. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, IFOSFAMIDE. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 66 years of age, weighting 150.0 lb, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukaemia, central nervous system leukaemia, leukaemia recurrent and was treated with Depocyt. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hydrocephalus , mental impairment, urinary tract infection . Depocyt dosage: 50 MG ONCE EVERY 2 WEEKS IT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
