Depodur Side Effects Report #4754298-0
Depodur side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 10, 2005. Male patient, 45 years of age, weighting 165.1 lb, was diagnosed with postoperative analgesia and was treated with Depodur. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradypnoea, delirium, hyponatraemia, intestinal obstruction, lethargy, oxygen saturation decreased, pain , post procedural complication, respiratory depression. Depodur dosage: 15 MG (ONCE), EPIDURAL. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLOFT, CLOZARIL, DEPAKOTE, COGENTIN, BENADRYL, FENTANYL, PERCOCET. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal infection, haemodialysis, hypotension, intestinal ischaemia, pain , post procedural complication, renal failure, restlessness. Depodur dosage: 10 MG; X1; ED. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE SULPHATE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: heart rate increased, lethargy, loss of consciousness, pain , pco2 increased, po2 decreased, post procedural complication, respiratory depression, respiratory rate increased. Depodur dosage: 15 MG, EPIDURAL. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, OXYGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
