Male patient, weighting 220.5 lb, was diagnosed with cough, lower respiratory tract infection and was treated with Dextromethorphan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, respiratory failure. Dextromethorphan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ETHANOL, OPIOIDS, ERYTHROMYCIN, COCAINE. Patient died on 11/05/2007.
