After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fanconi syndrome, femoral neck fracture, hip fracture, pancreatitis. Didanosine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIREAD, SUSTIVA, KALETRA, ZYPREXA, REMERON, CLONAZEPAM, TRAZODONE, PROTONIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
