After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, anaemia postoperative, blood creatinine increased, caesarean section, condition aggravated, dyspnoea, hypocoagulable state, hypovolaemia. Dinoprostone dosage: 0.25 MG (0.25 MG, SINGLE). Patient recovered.
