Disopyramide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Oct 22, 2008. Female patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation , cardiac failure, myasthenia gravis and was treated with Disopyramide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electrocardiogram qt prolonged, hypokalaemia, myasthenia gravis, respiratory failure, stress cardiomyopathy, torsade de pointes. Disopyramide dosage: DAILY DOSE:300MG. During the same period patient was treated with DISOPYRAMIDE PHOSPHATE, FUROSEMIDE, PREDNISOLONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
