Donepezil side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on Nov 01, 2005. Male patient, 79 years of age, weighting 148.2 lb, was diagnosed with dementia , parkinson's disease  and was treated with Donepezil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , delirium, disorientation, fall , hallucination, visual, psychomotor hyperactivity. Donepezil dosage: 5 MG, 1 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CHLORHYDRATE VENLAFAXINE, LEVOTHYROXINE, BISULPHATE CLOPIDOGREL, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, PINDOLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
