Ebixa side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on July 26, 2007. Female patient, 89 years of age, was diagnosed with dementia alzheimer's type and was treated with Ebixa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, bradycardia, bundle branch block left, electrocardiogram t wave inversion, left ventricular hypertrophy, loss of consciousness. Ebixa dosage: 10 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with TRANSIPEG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 81 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with dementia alzheimer's type, arrhythmia , prophylaxis and was treated with Ebixa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, bundle branch block left, candidiasis, dehydration, dementia alzheimer's type, diabetic hyperosmolar coma, intracardiac thrombus, liver disorder, multi-organ failure. Ebixa dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SOTALOL, KARDEGIC, EXELON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
