Male patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis, vitamin supplementation, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, blood cholesterol increased, arthritis , back pain  and was treated with Ecotrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, arthritis , cardiac enzymes increased, chest pain , coronary artery occlusion, coronary artery stenosis, hip arthroplasty, myocardial infarction. Ecotrin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLUCOSAMINE SULPHATE, VITAMIN, AMARYL, ATENOLOL, LIPITOR, CELEBREX, PROTONIX, NEURONTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
