Ecotrin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Feb 04, 2005. Female patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with transient ischaemic attack and was treated with Ecotrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diabetes mellitus, dysarthria, facial palsy, fall , gastrointestinal haemorrhage, haematemesis. Ecotrin dosage: 325MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/01/1999.

During the same period patient was treated with ECOTRIN REGULAR STRENGTH, CLONIDINE, BENICAR, TOPROL, LIPITOR. Patient recovered.
