After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: feeling abnormal, loss of consciousness, nausea , suicidal ideation, tremor. Elavil dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 45 years of age, weighting 222.7 lb, was diagnosed with depression , insomnia, pain , hepatitis c , diabetes mellitus, hypertension and was treated with Elavil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: encephalopathy, hypotension, hypoxia, loss of consciousness, overdose, pneumonia aspiration, tachycardia. Elavil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NAPROSYN, REBETOL, GLIPIZIDE, CAPTOPRIL, ZOLOFT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
