Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 166.0 lb, was diagnosed with breast cancer  and was treated with Ellence. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, erythema, extravasation. Ellence dosage: 75 MG/M*2(75 MG/M2,QD; 21 DAYS CYCLE). Patient recovered.
