Male patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with dyspnoea, hypotension, laryngeal oedema and was treated with Epinephrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arteriospasm coronary, blood pressure decreased, myocardial infarction. Epinephrine dosage: .1 MG, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with EPINEPHRINE USP, EPINEPHRINE USP, WATERSOLU, DIPHENHYDRAMINE, OXYGEN, ISOTONIC SOLUTIONS, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, ONDANSETRON. Patient recovered.
