Epinephrine Side Effects Report #5826643-6
Epinephrine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 28, 2008. Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 179.5 lb, was diagnosed with hypersensitivity, hypertension and was treated with Epinephrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioedema, chest discomfort, hyperhidrosis, hypersensitivity, hypertension, hypotension, myocardial infarction, sinus bradycardia. Epinephrine dosage: 0.3MG ONCE SQ. During the same period patient was treated with LISINOPRIL, ACTIVELLA, CLONAZEPAM, LEXAPRO, INDERAL LA, NEXIUM, VYTORIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental needle stick, device malfunction, genital swelling, hypersensitivity, injection site pallor, no therapeutic response, oedema peripheral, pain in extremity. Epinephrine dosage: (0.3 MG INTRAMUSCULAR). During the same period patient was treated with EPIPEN. Patient recovered.
