After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: beta haemolytic streptococcal infection, blood culture positive, candidiasis, febrile neutropenia, mucosal inflammation, pneumonitis. Epirubicin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CARBOPLATIN, DACTINOMYCIN, ETOPOSIDE, IFOSFAMIDE, VINCRISTINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
