, eructation, gait disturbance. Equetro dosage: 200 MG, 2X/DAY: BID. During the same period patient was treated with LISINOPRIL, METFORMIN, EFFEXOR, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, LEVOTHYROXINE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, AMBIEN, SEROQUEL. Patient was hospitalized.
