Eraxis side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 15, 2008. Male patient, weighting 164.9 lb, was diagnosed with fungal infection , histoplasmosis and was treated with Eraxis. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, histoplasmosis, renal failure acute. Eraxis dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMPHOTERICIN B, VANCOMYCIN, ZOSYN, LEVOPHED, PROMETHAZINE, MORPHINE, PROTONIX, HEPARIN. Patient recovered.
