and was treated with Erythrocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, carpal tunnel syndrome
, diabetic neuropathy, implant site effusion, instillation site pain, movement disorder
, pain in extremity, paralysis
. Erythrocin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEFTAZIDIME, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, TEMOCAPRIL HYDROCHLORIDE, SUCRALFATE, FERROUS CITRATE, DIPYRIDAMOLE, NIFEDIPINE, NICERITROL. Patient recovered.
