Estramustine Side Effects Report #5053860-8
Estramustine side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on June 29, 2006. Male patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with prostate cancer , gastric ulcer, depression , gastritis, angina pectoris and was treated with Estramustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemoptysis, pneumonia , pulmonary alveolar haemorrhage, respiratory failure. Estramustine dosage: 280 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with BENEXATE HYDROCHLORIDE, PAROXETINE, TRIMEBUTINE MALEATE, ASPIRIN, DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, ISOSORIDE DINITRATE, NICORANDIL, NITROGLYCERIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Estramustine side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on May 19, 2006. Male patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder and was treated with Estramustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pneumonia , pulmonary alveolar haemorrhage. Estramustine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN C, DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
