After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness What is  dizziness, headache What is  headache, myopathy toxic, optic atrophy, optic nerve disorder, optic neuropathy, visual field defect. Ethambutol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ETHAMBUTOL HYDROCHLORIDE, RIFAMPICIN, METFORMIN, PLAQUENIL. Patient recovered.
