Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with thyroid disorder, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and was treated with Euthyrox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, pulmonary embolism , respiratory disorder. Euthyrox dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DAONIL, DIOVAN HCT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/27/2005.
