Extended side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 17, 2006. Male patient, 62 years of age, weighting 146.0 lb, was diagnosed with convulsion, metastases to central nervous system, infection  and was treated with Extended. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, convulsion, ear infection , oedema peripheral, otorrhoea, pruritus, skin exfoliation, stevens-johnson syndrome, swelling face. Extended dosage: 100 MG; BID; PO, SEE IMAGE. During the same period patient was treated with EXTENDED PHENYTOIN, EXTENDED PHENYTOIN, EXTENDED PHENYTOIN, EXTENDED PHENYTOIN, EXTENDED PHENYTOIN, CEPHALEXIN, ONANETRON, DEXAMETHASONE PHOSPHATE. Patient died on 02/01/2006.

Male patient, 38 years of age, weighting 230.0 lb, was diagnosed with convulsion and was treated with Extended. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, convulsion, eye rolling, fall , insomnia, treatment noncompliance. Extended dosage: 200 MG;BID;ORAL. Patient recovered.
