Male patient, 68 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with gastric ulcer, prophylaxis, embolism, thrombosis prophylaxis and was treated with Famotidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: neutropenia, pancytopenia, pyrexia, thrombocytopenia. Famotidine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TICLOPIDINE, ASPIRIN, CANDESARTAN, NICORANDIL. Patient recovered.
