Fasturtec Side Effects Report #6055748-2
Fasturtec side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Jan 21, 2009. Female patient, weighting 163.1 lb, was diagnosed with hyperuricaemia, stem cell transplant, klebsiella infection, prophylaxis against transplant rejection and was treated with Fasturtec. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: toxic epidermal necrolysis. Fasturtec dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ANAFRANIL, TERCIAN, THYMOGLOBULIN, CIFLOX, TAZOCILLINE, METHOTREXATE. Patient died on 12/04/2008.
