Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 01, 2007. Male patient was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: completed suicide, injury asphyxiation, intentional self-injury, stress . Fazaclo dosage: 400 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with CONCERTA. Patient died on 01/24/2007.

During the same period patient was treated with ATIVAN, VICODIN, ASPIRIN, REMERON, INSULIN. Patient died on 05/04/2007.
