Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 11, 2008. Male patient, 26 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcohol poisoning, asphyxia, fall . Fazaclo dosage: 62.5 MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with PROZAC, ALBUTEROL. Patient died on 05/04/2008.
