Fazaclo and head injury Patient Reports March 16, 2010

Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 23, 2007. Male patient was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , head injury, loss of consciousness, traumatic intracranial haemorrhage. Fazaclo dosage: 400 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with LITHIUM CARBONATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/23/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, fall , head injury, hip fracture. Fazaclo dosage: 25 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with ALBUTEROL, ARICEPT, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, CARDURA, LASIX, HALDOL, RITALIN, PROTONIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/06/2008.
