Fazaclo Side Effects Report #5089747-4
Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Aug 09, 2006. Male patient, weighting 221.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoid type and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anoxic encephalopathy, hypoventilation, loss of consciousness, pneumonia aspiration. Fazaclo dosage: 300 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with THEOPHYLLINE, BENADRYL, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, TEGRETOL, ZYPREXA, COGENTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/11/2006.

Fazaclo dosage: 400 MG -TITRATED DOSE DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ZIPRASIDONE, DEPAKOTE ER, ATROPINE, DOCUSATE, TOLNAFTATE CREAM, IBUPROFEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ROCEPHIN IM, CLINDAMYCIN, AUGMENTIN, ZITHROMYCIN, FLOMAX, OXCARBAZEPINE, FLUCPHENAZINE PRN, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/13/2008.
