Ferrous side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 22, 2003. Male patient, 42 years of age, weighting 162.9 lb, was diagnosed with anaemia and was treated with Ferrous. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , dizziness , dyspepsia, motor dysfunction, multiple sclerosis , myocardial infarction. Ferrous dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FERROUS SULPHATE, PREDNISONE, PRILOSEC, TYLENOL W, LASIX, POTASSIUM, BACLOFEN, NATURE MADE IRON. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 40 years of age, weighting 175.0 lb, was diagnosed with anaemia, staphylococcal infection  and was treated with Ferrous. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, gait disturbance, joint swelling, oedema peripheral, pain , pruritus, rash papular. Ferrous dosage: 320 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIBIOTICS, OXYCONTIN, PERCOCET, AMBIEN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, erythema, gait disturbance, hypersensitivity, joint swelling, oedema peripheral, pain , pruritus, rash papular. Ferrous dosage: 320 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIBIOTICS, OXYCONTIN, PERCOCET, AMBIEN. Patient recovered.
