Flucytosine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Sept 03, 2008. Male patient, 18 years of age, was diagnosed with bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, lung infiltration and was treated with Flucytosine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brain abscess, bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, neutrophil count decreased, pleural effusion. Flucytosine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HORSE ANTILYMPHOCYTE, GLOBULIN. Patient died on 01/01/2003.
