Fluphenazine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 11, 2008. Male patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Fluphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: drooling, dysarthria, dysphagia, hypophagia, insomnia, parkinsonism, restlessness, speech disorder, tardive dyskinesia. Fluphenazine dosage: 50 MG OTHER IM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: azotaemia, cardiogenic shock, dysarthria, dysphagia, ejection fraction decreased, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, grand mal convulsion, hypocalcaemia, left ventricular dysfunction. Fluphenazine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
