Folic Side Effects Report #5499433-4
Folic side effect was reported by a Physician from HONG KONG on Oct 16, 2007. Female patient, 26 years of age, weighting 92.15 lb, was diagnosed with delayed puberty, blood iron increased and was treated with Folic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, creatinine renal clearance decreased, electrolyte imbalance, myalgia, oedema peripheral, proteinuria, renal tubular disorder. Folic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREMARIN, PROVERA, EXJADE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
