Female patient, 28 years of age, was diagnosed with assisted fertilisation and was treated with Follitropin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cachexia, escherichia infection, hyperthermia, nephrotic syndrome, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, pelvic haematoma, peritonitis, pleural effusion, respiratory distress. Follitropin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRIPTORELIN ACETATE, TRIPTORELIN ACETATE, CHORIONIC GONADTROPIN. Patient recovered.
