, hypotension and was treated with Formoterol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, angiogram, arteriogram coronary abnormal, arteriosclerosis coronary artery, asthma
, atrioventricular block, blood pressure decreased, cardiac arrest
, cardiac ventriculogram left. Formoterol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FORMOTEROL FUMARATE, THEOPHYLLINE, QUINAPRIL AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, TRIMETAZIDINE, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, TIOTROPIUM BROMIDE, MONTELUKAST. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
