Male patient, 42 years of age, weighting 130.1 lb, was diagnosed with cytomegalovirus infection What is  cytomegalovirus infection and was treated with Foscarnet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cytomegalovirus test positive, penile ulceration. Foscarnet dosage: 3530MG IV EVERY 12 HOURS. Patient recovered.
