Gabapen Side Effects Report #5797310-2
Gabapen side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on June 24, 2008. Male patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Gabapen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysarthria, fall , somnolence. Gabapen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TEGRETOL, NEUROTROPIN, HERBAL PREPARATION, CELECOXIB, TERNELIN, OPALMON, LUVOX. Patient recovered.

Gabapen side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Oct 28, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with pain , cancer pain, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Gabapen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: altered state of consciousness, dizziness , dysarthria, fall , haemorrhage, somnolence. Gabapen dosage: DAILY DOSE:1000MG. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, RABEPRAZOLE, LASIX, ALDACTONE, DIGOXIN, VALSARTAN, ATELEC. Patient died on 09/23/2008.

Female patient was diagnosed with epilepsy , insomnia, constipation , depression , cerebral infarction, gastritis and was treated with Gabapen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depressed level of consciousness, dizziness , dysarthria. Gabapen dosage: DAILY DOSE:1200MG. During the same period patient was treated with CLOBAZAM, TEGRETOL, EXCEGRAN, LENDORMIN, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, ABILIT, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, TAKEPRON. Patient recovered.
