Gatifloxacin side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 12, 2005. Female patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with sinusitis  and was treated with Gatifloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, headache , nausea , syncope. Gatifloxacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AFRIN. Patient recovered.
