After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coronary artery occlusion, polyp. Gemfibrozil dosage: 1200 MG (600 MG, 2 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, ACCUPRIL, INSULIN, FUROSEMIDE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, FISH OIL, IBUPROFEN, HYDROCODONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
