Gladem side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Jan 25, 2005. Male patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with depression What is  depression, headache What is  headache and was treated with Gladem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: multi-organ failure, renal failure, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Gladem dosage: 50 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with INDOMETHACIN, LISINOPRIL, TORSEMIDE, GINKGO BILOBA, OMEPRAZOLE, RANITIDINE, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT. Patient died on 10/11/2000.
