Gladem side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Jan 25, 2005. Male patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with depression
, headache
and was treated with Gladem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: multi-organ failure, renal failure, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Gladem dosage: 50 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with INDOMETHACIN, LISINOPRIL, TORSEMIDE, GINKGO BILOBA, OMEPRAZOLE, RANITIDINE, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT. Patient died on 10/11/2000.
