Gliadel side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 24, 2006. Female patient, 64 years of age, weighting 154.5 lb, was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme and was treated with Gliadel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: balance disorder, fall What is  fall, haematoma, haemorrhage, head injury, subdural haematoma, thrombocytopenia. Gliadel dosage: 61.6 MG; X1; ICER. During the same period patient was treated with TEMODAR, NEXIUM, PHENOBARBITAL, LIPITOR, HYDROCODONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Gliadel dosage: 7.7 MG, 1 IN 8 ONCE, INTRACEREBRAL. During the same period patient was treated with DILANTIN, TEMODAR, VANCOMYCIN, CEFTAZIDIME, FLUCONAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Gliadel dosage: 7.7 MG PER WAFER ONCE IV. During the same period patient was treated with DILANTIN, KEPPRA, SENOKOT, CITALOPRA, INNOHEP, DEXAMETHASONE, CENTRUM SILVER. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
