After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arachnoiditis, central nervous system infection, extradural haematoma, hydrocephalus What is  hydrocephalus, hyponatraemia, intracranial hypotension, meningitis What is  meningitis, postoperative wound infection, pyrexia. Gliadel dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
