Glucobay Side Effects Report #6076531-8
Glucobay side effect was reported by a Physician from TAIWAN, PROVINCE OF CHINA on Feb 02, 2009. Male patient, 51 years of age, weighting 136.7 lb, was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, osteonecrosis  and was treated with Glucobay. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, asthenia, chills, chromaturia, hepatitis acute, hyperbilirubinaemia, jaundice , nausea , pyrexia. Glucobay dosage: UNIT DOSE: 50 MG. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, OLMESARTAN MEDOXOMIL, BOKEY, FENOLIP, ADALAT, MELOXIN, NORFLEX, FOLIC ACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, asthenia, chills, chromaturia, hepatitis acute, hyperbilirubinaemia, jaundice , nausea , pyrexia. Glucobay dosage: TOTAL DAILY DOSE: 150 MG UNIT DOSE: 50 MG. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, OLMESARTAN MEDOXOMIL, BOKEY, FENOLIP, ADALAT, MELOXIN, NORFLEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
