After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: lactic acidosis, overdose, renal failure acute. Glucovance dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ODRIK, ALDACTONE, DIGOXIN, LASILIX, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, ZOCOR, PREVISCAN, CARDENSIEL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
