During the same period patient was treated with ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, FENOFIBRATE, BENDROFLUMETHIAZIDE, ASPIRIN, DOXAZOSIN, ZOPICLONE. Patient died on 02/17/2007.
